Zhao Huxiang once served as President of China Merchants Holdings International Co., Ltd., Board Director, Party Committee Member, Vice President and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of China Merchants Group, Board Director, President and Secretary of the Party Committee of China National Foreign Trade Transportation (Group) Corporation, Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of Sinotrans & CSC, Vice Chairman and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Merchants Group. Mr. Zhao now serves as Outside Director of CNOOC.
