Mr. Wang is a professor-level senior engineer with a Doctor of Science degree and a member of the 14th National Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference ("CPPCC"). He previously served as Deputy Director-General of Jiangsu Petroleum Exploration Bureau; Vice President, President, Vice Party Secretary, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of China National Oil & Gas Exploration and Development Corporation, and President of Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company, President of CNPC International (Nile) Ltd., President of CNPC International (Kazakhstan) Ltd., President of Aktobe Munai Gas Corp.; Assistant President, Party Leadership Group Member and Vice President of China National Petroleum Corporation ("CNPC") , and Director, Vice Chairman and President of PetroChina Company Limited ("PetroChina"); Director, Vice Secretary of Party Leadership Group and President of CNOOC, and Vice Chairman of CNOOC Limited.

Mr. Zhou is a professor-level senior engineer with a Doctor of Science degree. Mr. Zhou previously served as Chief Geologist of Donghai Petroleum Administration Bureau and Shanghai Branch of CNOOC (China) Limited; General Manager of Exploration Department of CNOOC Limited; General Manager and Party Secretary of Hainan Branch of CNOOC (China) Limited, and Chairman and General Manager of Hainan Energy Co., Ltd.; Vice President and Party Leadership Group Member of CNOOC.

Mr. Guo once served as Deputy Director of the Information Computing Center of the National Administrative Bureau of State-owned Assets, Deputy Secretary-General of China Appraisal Society, Director General of the Bureau of Property Right Management, Deputy Secretary-General of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Chairman and Party Secretary of Sinopharm Group. Mr. Guo now serves as Outside Director of China Poly Group Corporation Limited and the Convener of Outside Directors of CNOOC.

Mr. Zhao once served as President of China Merchants Holdings International Co., Ltd., Board Director, Party Committee Member, Vice President and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of China Merchants Group, Board Director, President and Secretary of the Party Committee of China National Foreign Trade Transportation (Group) Corporation, Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of Sinotrans & CSC, Vice Chairman and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Merchants Group. Mr. Zhao now serves as Outside Director of CNOOC.

Mr. Shao once served as Director of 701 Research Institute, Director of Military Industry Department, Director General and Deputy Party Secretary of the 7th Research Institute, Director General of Military Engineering Technology Center, Vice President and Member of Party Leadership Group, and then Vice President and Deputy Party Secretary of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. Mr. Shao now serves as Outside Director of China National Nuclear Corporation and CNOOC.

Mr. Jiang once served as President and Party Committee Member of Sinopec Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Co., Ltd., President and Party Secretary of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company, Vice President of Sinopec Corp. and Director of Corporate Reform Department of Sinopec Group, Vice President and Party Leadership Group Member of Sinochem Group. Mr. Jiang now serves as Outside Director of China Certification & Inspection Group and CNOOC.

Mr. Yu once served as Deputy Chief Accountant of Northeastern University, Vice President and Chief Accountant of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Company Limited, Vice President, Chief Accountant and Member of the Party Standing Committee of Ansteel Group and Chairman of Ansteel Finance Co., Ltd. Mr. Yu now serves as Outside Director of China Mobile Limited and CNOOC.
