While implementing normalized epidemic prevention and control measures and ensuring epidemic prevention and control in overseas operation in particular, CNOOC staff should go all out to increase reserves and production and ensure production safety.

He also called all business segments to make constant efforts to reduce cost, enhance quality and strengthen efficiency. The upstream sector should keep optimizing its strategic asset portfolio; the mid and downstream sectors should further tap potential to realize cost control and efficiency improvement; the engineering and technical service companies should do the utmost to ensure oil and gas exploration and development and improve overseas operation and management
