"Luban" Award which is the highest level award in the construction industry granted to China Offshore Oil Platform Fabrication Company for its sub- contracted Nanshan onshore base of Yacheng 13-1 gas field in Sanya City of Hainan Province, by the Ministry of Construction and China Construction Association.
