The feasibility study agreement on the Sino-foreign joint venture Nanhai Petrochemicals project was signed in Beijing by and between CNOOC, China Petrochemicals Corporation, China National Petroleum Corporation, the People's Government of Guangdong Province and China Merchants Holdings Co., Ltd, Royal Dutch Shell Corporation. Premier Li Peng presented at the signing ceremony. |
